IntraFish: In August your company bought Southern Pride catfish, a division of American Seafoods. Can you first tell us the scope of the acquisition – did you buy all of Southern Pride, its plants, brands trade marks, etc? Can you please update us on what has happened since the purchase? How are you integrating Southern Pride’s operations into Heartland?
Danny Walker: On Sept. 1 of this year, Heartland Catfish Company fully integrated all of the assets of Southern Pride Catfish into the Heartland business.
