US South-based CBS Foods founder Shawn "Chef Big Shake" Davis may not have won the US business investor show "Shark Tank," but the television program launched him deep into the industry in just the span of a year.
CBS Foods shrimp burgers debuted at the 2012 International Boston Seafood Show and made their way to Ahold USA stores in May 2012. Now, a little more than a year later, Davis told IntraFish he is expanding his line to "heat and serve" lobster mac and cheese, with lobster pot pie in the works for this fall.
