The second and final defendant in the killings of three Smyrna, Tenn. Captain D's restaurant workers in July 2000 has pleaded guilty and will serve three concurrent life prison terms, his attorney said.
Percy Palmer, 24, will have the possibility of parole, but not until he has served 51 years, said his lawyer, Patrick McNally.
Palmer, originally from San Bernardino, Calif., entered the pleas Wednesday to three counts of felony murder.
Palmer and LaTonya Taylor of Nashville were accused of going to the seafood restaurant at closing time and fatally shooting Troy Snell, Scott Myers and Bryan Speight.
