Denmark's Hesselholt Fisk Eksport was rescued when Sales Manager Ingeman Andersen bought the company in March.
Although his business card says simply "Sales Manager," Andersen owns the company and told Fishing News Internationalthe present company in Hanstholm, Denmark, consists of the whitefish processing arm of the former Hesselholt.
“Before the company was in Hanstholm and Skagen, with Skagen producing salmon and finished products. With the bankruptcy we separated the two and took the name -- and now Hesselholt is only in Hanstholm,” he said.
