After 12 years on Granite Ridge Drive in Kearny Mesa, California, North American seafood and tuna giant Bumble Bee Seafoods is returning to its roots in San Diego's waterfront.
The company, which purchased a canning facility in San Diego more than three decades ago, is moving its headquarters back to the city in the former Showley Bros. Candy Factory, a historic building in the East Village.
Chris Lischewski, Bumble Bee's president and CEO, said the company and its employees are very excited to return.
