In December, Brodrene Sperre will be taking over the share majority in Hopen Fisk.
Former owners Aage Eriksen, Bent Eriksen and Arne Andrasen are transferring 70 percent of the shares in Hopen Fisk AS to Brodrene Sperre.
The former principal owners will still remain on the board of the company, and Aage Eriksen will continue as managing director.
“Health-related issues and a desire for continuity in Hopen’s operation have been decisive for our opening up to a new and serious principal shareholder in Hopen Fisk," said Aage Eriksen.
