Boporan integrates Five Star, names new MD

Ellis Ward, who has worked within Boporan’s chicken processing business 2 Sisters Food Group for close to a decade, is the new managing director of Grimsby-based Five Star.

“Ellis has been with the 2 Sisters Food Group business for nine years -- in the sales, purchasing and agricultural departments -- and brings a wealth of food industry experience to the role,” said a statement from a 2 Sisters spokeswoman issued to IntraFish.

Furthermore, Five Star will now be integrated into the 2 Sisters group as of May this year, said the spokeswoman.
