The latest addition to the frozen food company’s Simply fish portfolio is the Simply Extra Large Fish Fillets, which is being launched with a £4.5 million (€4.9 million/$6.7 million) media campaign.
By launching "Simply Extra Large Fish Fillets in Crispy Batter and Crunchy Crumb," Birds Eye is looking to tap into the in-home fish and chip occasion.
With 693 million of these occasions occurring per year and Coated Fish featuring in seven out of 10 U.K. households, this represents a huge growth opportunity for the category.
