Birds Eye, the UK brand of Iglo Foods Group, is launching a flavored coated fish range made from Alaska pollock.

Each pack contains two fillets of Alaskan pollock, covered in flour and breadcrumbs, in three varieties; lemon and black pepper, garlic and herb and lime and chilli.

The lighter coating also means each fillet is made up of over 20 percent more fish and contains 50 percent less saturated fat than standard coated fillets, the company said.
