Dirk Belmans, long-serving managing director at surimi giant Viciunai Europe, has been replaced by Rob Schreur, the company said in a statement.
Schreur was formerly sales and marketing director at the firm.
Belmans managed the company successfully for more than 15 years.
"Long-term growth in the western European markets is a fundamental pillar of our business strategy, therefore, I’m more than happy to become in charge of this exciting mission," said Schreur.
Viciunai Europe will maintain its strategic direction, the company said, and will further develop sales in western European markets.
