Earlier this month, Florida-based Beaver Street Fisheries unveiled its newest flavors of its Sea Best Signature Series, which are currently being sold in some of the largest retailers in the United States.
Continuing its commitment to include more value-added products and take advantage of its processing facility in Jacksonville, Florida, the company launched five new products including roasted tomato and herb salmon, tilapia Florentine, potato crusted cod, and spinach and artichoke flounder.
Charles Trager, director of purchasing at Beaver Street Fisheries, told IntraFish US sales have been "good" so far since the launch of the products, but wouldn't comment on which retailers have been stocking them.
