Arne Mogster, CEO of Norwegian seafood giant Austevoll, is appointed new chairman of the board at marine feed company Hordafor.
He was previously a director at the company.
This was communicated in a message sent to Norwegian government agency Bronnoysundregistra.
Tor Vikenes, who previously chaired the board, is stepping down from his post.
The rest of the board of Hordafor remains unchanged with Odd Karsten Ostervold, Arnt Ove Hoddevik, Nils Leon Nordeide and Siv Ingerid Ostervold as directors. Nordeide is the representative of the employees.
