Australia's Tru Blu Prawn & Fish Farm is up for sales in Yamba, New South Wales.
According to Webster Nolan Real Estate's David Nolan, the agent for the sale, the site was the country's first shrimp farm developed in 1984, and today has a well-recognized brand name and product logo.
The site stretches across 36.93 hectares and is fully licensed for shrimp and fish farming.
Tru Blue has "established relationships with major Australian distributors" and on-going supply contracts are available. It also includes a shrimp sales retail outlet on property.
