Former Marine Harvest CEO Atle Eide has been elected to Kverva's board of directors, according to a notification made to the Bronnoysund Register Centre.
He is replacing Arnstein Gunnestad Endresen who vacated his seat on the board.
The board now consists of Bjorn Ivar Flatgard as chairman, Gustav Witzoe, Harald Ellefsen and Bjorn Wiggen as board members, as well as Eide.
IntraFish was unable to reach Eide for comment on the appointment.
Eide was, among others, CEO of Marine Harvest, and sat on the board of Egersund Fisk, now part of Pelagia, which at that time was owned by Witzoe.
