Collaborating with the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI), North American fast-food chain Arby’s debuted a new King’s Hawaiian Fish Deluxe sandwich this month.

Available nationwide for a limited time through March, the sandwich uses a breaded, sustainably sourced, Alaskan pollock fillet.

Franchise team member Brandon Morris came up with the menu item, which won Arby’s menu idea submission contest, Hey Chef Neville!

The Arby’s menu has one other seafood item; the classic fish sandwich uses a breaded wild-caught Alaskan Pollock fillet.

In the past, Arby's told IntraFish that its main suppliers are Trident and High Liner.
