In the first part of a two-part interview, Entis – who founded the company in 1991 before selling it but keeping a seat on the board of directors -- talks to IntraFish about the what the company is doing to win support among the salmon industry and various consumer and environmental organizations.
IntraFish: Has this been an exciting time for you?
Elliot Entis: It’s been an exciting few weeks, it’s been an exciting 15 years. This is just the first of what I consider to be many hurdles for the company.
