Jeff Davis, a key figure in the growth and success of one of Seattle’s largest seafood firms, who resigned from the company at the end of last year, was appointed to the board of directors of ASC Management, Inc., the general partner of American Seafoods Group LLC’s ultimate parent, American Seafoods, L.P.
According to a Form 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Davis was named director on Feb. 22, nearly two months after the board said it would do so in a previously disclosed statement filed with the SEC announcing Davis’ departure.
