In the lawsuit, Kenneth Battley, the trustee named to the Adak case after the company filed for Chapter 11 protection in September, alleging former Adak owner Kjetil Solberg received more than $400,000 (€316,760) in various wire transfers after the company had already become insolvent.

In its Dec. 31, 2008 financial statement, Adak had less than $20,000 (€15,840) cash and debts of more than $20 million (€15.8 million), the lawsuit said.
