Acme Smoked Fish Corporation on Wednesday rolled out its new all-natural, ready-to-eat King Salmon Jerky snack packs under the company’s Ruby Bay brand.
The product is now available for shipment to US supermarkets, retail, and convenience stores.
Ruby Bay King Salmon Jerky is made with methodically selected wild-caught Alaska king salmon, which is hand cut and prepared using the company’s signature seasoning recipes. The fish is then slowly smoked for hours using real cherry and alder woods to give it its intense, aromatic and mildly woodsy taste.
