With a marketing background, Jacqueline Claudia entered the industry working on the Velella Project with Lockheed Martin. So convinced of the need for us all to eat more seafood, she jump-started her own seafood company with a very consumer-facing mission to communicate seafood's sustainability, simplicity and ease of preparation through a range of frozen, sustainable ready-to-cook seafood products.

IntraFish Media: How did you enter the seafood industry and why? What drew you to it as a career?

Jacqueline Claudia: When I was a little kid, I thought I would be a marine biologist when I grew up.
