The plaintiffs--which include New York-based Olean Wholesale Grocery Cooperative and US retailer Piggly Wiggly--- submitted a summary of the $13 million agreement to California US District Judge Janis Sammartino in March, as well as a motion to approve the settlement, which has followed "nearly six years of hard-fought litigation."
