Land-based salmon company Premium Swedish Salmon (PSS) has been given the go-ahead from the country's environmental authorities to begin construction.
The company has been working for two years to prepare for a 58,000-square-meter farm site situated in Saffle, Varmland, in Sweden to produce 10,000 metric tons of salmon per year.
