JC David, the French salmon smoker and upscale value-added products producer, plans to target new markets as it completes an upgrade at its Boulogne sur Mer-based plant.
The company is adding another 20 smoking ovens, in addition to the 20 already running at the site.
Once completed, in the next two weeks, the company plans to move in on markets it has so far missed out on because of its smaller smoking capacity.
