Peru’s fishmeal and fish oil giant Pesquera Exalmar appointed Cesar Suarez as manager of innovation and continuous improvement, the company said.
Mendoza has experience in operations, logistics, projects, continuous improvement, IT and customer service.
He has previous experience in international companies including Latin American airline Latam.
