Norwegian billionaire Christen Sveaas bought a majority stake in lumpfish producer Atlantic Lumpus, according to a stock exchange announcement Thursday evening.

The company’s owners Ziko Holding, Larssen and Nistua, which hold a combined stake of 99.3 percent in the cleaner fish producer, signed a deal Thursday to sell their stakes to Lumarine AS, an aquaculture breeding firm owned by Sveaas’s private equity firm Kistefos.
