Helgi Sigurdsson stepped down as CEO of Icelandic salmon farmer Laxar, the company announced.
Sigurdsson resigned from his position to pursue other business development projects in salmon farming.
Laxar CFO Gretar Elias Finnsson will take over as interim CEO until the board of directors appoints a permanent CEO, the company said.
