Several more companies are coming forward to sue US tuna companies Bumble Bee Foods, StarKist and Chicken of the Sea and their Asian parent companies Thai Union Group, Dongwon Industries and Tri-Union Seafoods.

A lawsuit was filed Tuesday following the alleged conspiracy among defendants to fix the price of packaged seafood products, including shelf-stable tuna.

Plaintiffs include Tenessee-based discount store chain Dollar General and its subsidiary Dolgencorp, Missouri-based Moran Foods, doing business as discount grocery chain Save-A-Lot, and New York-based grocery wholesaler Krasdale Foods.
