Chris Lischewski, former CEO of canned seafood giant Bumble Bee, is again part of a civil lawsuit brought by Kansas-based retail distributor Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG) alleging he participated in a conspiracy to fix prices of canned tuna in the US market.
This week, US District Court Judge for the Southern District of California Dana Sabrow reversed an earlier ruling that would have excluded Lischewski from the suit by AWG, which is seeking millions in damages related to the case.
