In 2015 AKVA Group CEO Hallvard Muri decided being a COO was no longer for him, but his time in seafood wasn't finished, and aquaculture equipment group AKVA called to him.

Muri, who hails from Aalesund, Norway, has a long history in the seafood industry, including a close partnership with the man who until recently was described as “Norway’s richest fisherman” – Kjell Inge Rokke.
