Icelandic Seachill's The Saucy Fish Co brand introduced its new frozen range to UK retailers in January this year.
Plans are to launch the range internationally, Simon Smith, CEO at Icelandic Seachill, told IntraFish back then.
Smith gave us a little update on how things are progressing at the North Atlantic Seafood Forum (NASF) in Bergen, Norway, this week.
