Seattle-based American Seafoods has hired former Icicle Seafoods Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Mike Cusak as its VP of North American Sales, a source familiar with the situation told IntraFish.
Cusak left the group in June 2016, following a three-year tenure with the group.
Prior to that, he held roles at Nippon Suisan Kaisha (Nissui), including FW Bryce and Fishking.
Cusak started at American on Tuesday, the same day IntraFish reported Icicle Seafoods CEO Chris Reuttgers was leaving the company. Cooke named Pal Angell-Hansen interim chairman of the Seattle-based company.
