Tony's Tuna is seeking a strategic investor to help expand operations and is considering selling up to one-third of the business, reports The Australian.

An information memorandum for the sale is to be distributed to interested parties soon.

The company owns more than 650,000 southern bluefin tuna statutory fishing rights equivalent to more than 490 metric tons of the southern bluefin tuna quota. It has the ability to achieve more than 1,000 metric tons of fish output.
