Canadian seafood supplier Toppits Foods is launching its new gluten-free breaded fish line to serve the ever-growing gluten-free market with an alternative to wheat-based breaded fish products.

Processed in Canada, the new Toppits gluten-free breaded fillets are made from 100% natural fish with no additives. The tender and flaky hand-cut portions are coated with a lightly crisp gluten-free breadcrumb coating and come in the following flavors:

  • Black Pepper Gluten-Free Cod .
  • Lightly Seasoned Gluten-Free Haddock
  • Savoury Lemon Gluten-Free Sole
