In celebration of veganuary, UK restaurant chain Wagamama released a new plant-based imitation seafood dish -- the vegan tuna made from watermelon.
Only available during January, the vegan tuna dish is composed of 'suika,' which means watermelon in Japanese.
Veganuary is a UK-based nonprofit encouraging people to go vegan for the month of January as a way to raise awareness.
