Just 3 species account for over half of all US seafood consumption

Newly released figures from the National Fisheries Institute (NFI) show that Americans are increasingly choosing from a smaller and smaller range.

Shrimp consumption climbed .3 pounds over 2019 to reach 5 pounds per person in 2020.
