Americans are supposed to consume seafood twice a week, but a paltry 10 percent of them follow the dietary guideline — pretty bleak news for the industry — said Seafood Nutrition Partnership’s (SNP) Linda Cornish on a call put together by ethical and sustainable business website Triple Pundit.
