Walmart will roll out The Salmon Man Salmon Portions as part of its premium frozen seafood offerings, said the Norwegian Seafood Council on Friday.
The pre-portioned and seasoned Norwegian Salmon fillets are flash-frozen and will be in 485 stores in the mid-west region -- specifically stores in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana -- "where there is a large Scandinavian population and an appetite for authentic Scandinavian salmon," said the NSC.
The flavors are Original, Salmon with Garlic & Herb Crust, Salmon with Cajun Crust.
