Renton, Washington-based Orca Bay Seafoods had three new retail and foodservice products out to show off at the Boston seafood show: A Mexican-style soup with cod and shrimp called albondigas; Korean noodle soup called jjampong made with cod, shrimp, mussels and squid; and cioppino with cod, calamari, mussels and shrimp.

The jjamppong nabbed second place in the Symphony of Seafood retail category, while the albondigas took home third place in the foodservice category.
