The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) is getting Alaska seafood in on the poke trend, by touting poke recipes utilizing Alaska salmon and Alaska surimi seafood.
ASMI Domestic Marketing Specialist Heather Sobol told IntraFish the recipes include salmon poke, surimi poke and even poke dressing.
