Sushi is hot, as everyone knows. And the folks at Acme Smoked Fish are capitalizing on this trend with the release of its new smoked salmon sashimi product at last week's Boston seafood show.
The item will be in stores by June and can be used as part of a larger meal or as a snack.
The sashimi salmon loins are sliced into one-quarter inch pieces.
