New seafood items are rolling out as the three-year anniversary approaches for Houston, Texas-based seafood company Salmon Brokers, and retailers are taking notice, according to the top executive.
On top of upcoming announcements of retail partnerships, Salmon Brokers has several new items and flavors for its salmon burger line, as well as shrimp burgers and salmon bites.
"We have had several very large companies that we're in communication with that want our burgers," said President and CEO Fred Sweisthal.
One of the companies is a nationwide grocery store chain, which Sweisthal said it likely to move forward with the salmon burgers.
