This week editors Drew Cherry, John Fiorillo and Avani Nadkarni conducted a head-to-head comparison of four salmon burgers available in the United States. They did a blind taste-test of salmon burgers from Seattle-based Ocean Beauty Seafoods and Trident Seafoods, California-based Yihe Corp and Texas-based Whole Foods. Products were scored on packaging and eating experience on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest score.
