Subway has released a wild-caught Alaskan pollock sandwich at its restaurants, supplied by Trident Seafoods, and is touting it with a commercial featuring the captains of Trident's fishing vessels, including company founder Chuck Bundrant.

The sandwich is "breaded, flaky whitefish topped with tartar sauce, veggies and kettle-cooked sea salt and vinegar chips," although the Subway chain allows customers to customize its sandwiches.

The sandwich is available for a limited time, Subway said.
