Canadian salmon producer Skuna Bay Salmon launched new Skuna Fjord salmon onto the North American market.
The salmon is sourced by the company's Rogaland, Norwegian team against the company's Skuna Bay Craftsman Standard, each Skuna Fjord Whole Salmon will meet the company's 14 point criteria and will have the same inspection, selection, hand cleaning and packing methods.
Each salmon will also be packed in a recyclable, corrugated Thermofresh carton, three whole fish per box like the Skuna Bay original from British Columbia.
