Saucy Fish to launch frozen range internationally

The Saucy Fish Co. is planning to introduce its frozen range into other new markets, Simon Smith, CEO of Icelandic Seachill, told IntraFish.

On Friday, the company announced the launch of a new frozen fish range into UK retailers, with Sainsbury's the first one to list the items nationwide.

"For 2017, you can expect more innovation and more presence internationally," Smith said. "We're expecting to take the frozen launch into new markets, some of which are existing, some of which are new."
