How long have you been with Norwegian Cruise Line and how did you get to this position?
I have been with NCL for a little over a year. Prior to joining NCL, I spent 15 years working for a center-of-the-plate protein distributor that focused on cruise lines.
What are your responsibilities?
I currently manage all aspects of food and beverage purchasing for the Norwegian Cruise Line brand.
How is the sustainable seafood movement influencing your seafood purchasing/marketing decisions?
We always look for sustainable options and put preference towards them.
