In March, US online retailer Greensbury Market partnered with celebrity health and wellness expert Jillian Michaels to help alleviate fears consumers have surrounding meat and seafood through education, inspiration and support. She has designed five different healthy packs of meat and seafood options consumers can order.

Greensbury sources meat and seafood products from farms and fisheries around the United States that employ organic agricultural practices and sustainable fishing methods.

We caught up with Bradley Harrison, founder of Greensbury Market, to learn more about the company's seafood philosophy and sales approach.
