More than $625 million (€555 million) worth of seafood imports from Mexico could be impacted by a new round of tariffs the United States is threatening to impose on Mexico.

Last week, President Donald Trump announced he would impose a 5 percent tariff on all Mexican goods imported to the United States beginning June 10. The tariff rate would increase 5 percent a month through October “until such time as illegal migrants coming through Mexico, and into our Country, STOP,” the President tweeted last week.
