UK-based Pacific West Foods, supplier of a wide range of premium seafood products, nabbed two awards at the British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF) Annual Awards gala earlier this summer.
The company's Coconut Coated Prawn Skewers were evaluated for appearance, texture, taste, product innovation, packaging and preparation and won the Foodservice Product of the Year 2016 and the Gold Award for Best New Starter/Buffet/Appetizer, as well.
In previous years, the company's Salt and Pepper Squid and Chili Mango Prawns had won silver awards.
