It’s been more than four months — and final results are in.

Earlier this summer, good friends Sean O’Scannlain and Ryan Mackey — the heads of Fortune Fish & Gourmet and Orca Bay Seafoods respectively — enlisted their employees to join them in the Omega 3 Challenge and Heart Healthy Pledge, a friendly competition to see which company could boost its fatty acid levels.

Employees from both companies took initial omega-3 tests and pledged to eat seafood at least twice a week for four months in order to boost their levels.
